What happens to my current members?
We bring over your clients, active packages and memberships with their real expiration dates, and remaining visits. We'll try to move saved cards to your Stripe account, and any member whose card can't be moved adds it once.
Do I own the code?
You get a lifetime license to use and change your system, and any developer you hire can work on it. We keep the rights to our underlying code, which we reuse across studios, so it can't be resold. Your data, content, brand and domain are yours.
Who pays for hosting after the first year?
The first year is included. From year two you pay hosting directly to the provider, not to us, just like your domain.
Can it connect with ClassPass, Wellhub or Meta?
ClassPass works without an integration: you post your schedule in their dashboard, as many studios already do. Wellhub requires an integration we don't have yet, so if a big part of your bookings comes from Wellhub, we'll tell you honestly on the call. Connecting with Meta depends on Meta's approval, so we don't promise it.
What if something breaks after launch?
Support is included after launch. You message the people who built your system and we fix it.
